Dario Alejandro Garcia Rico

My research interest is in model theory, specifically model-theoretic properties of ultraproducts of finite structures, towards (potential) application to combinatorics. I received my Ph.D. at Universidad de los Andes under the supervision of Alf Onshuus (from uniandes ) and Thomas Scanlon (from Univeristy of California - Berkeley). During 2016-2018 I was a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the University of Leeds (UK), working under the grant agreement MODFIN 656422 on model theory of pseudofinite structures. Prior to that, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Institut Camille Jordan at Université Claude Bernard, Lyon 1.
